Mom, Wife and Your Friend In Fitness

After listening to the first Way Of The Warrior Kid by Jocko Willink, Jill and Ali’s son Izak (10) started waking up at 6am to workout. He ate more healthy. He looked for opportunities to improve his discipline. As a personal trainer Jill had always encouraged this kind of lifestyle, but clearly he’d needed to hear it from someone other than mom and dad.

Watching this transformation happen gave Jill the idea to help other kids experience growth in the areas of self-awareness, discipline and health. She strongly believed improving self-awareness and confidence through physical conditioning, journaling and the exercises in the Arete Warrior curriculum, would improve the mental stability of kids.

Today this program is geared to helping moms reach their full potential and empowering their kids to do the same.
